I have a question about the Arabic vocabulary and grammar used in these
translation projects:

Is the Arabic Classical? Using the version of the Koran?
Is it modern, and how is the translation done from what is usually the
archaic
English (or other language I presume) of the Bible to Arabic?

Are these translations done from the oldest sources directly?

If one used the Arabic Bible to supplement a study of Arabic, would the
grammar
and vocabulary be of use in a modern setting?
